    Behringer ADA8000 Ultragain Pro-8 Digital A/D & D/A Converter And Mic Preamp, ADAT/Lightpipe.
    I used this to add 8 channels to a recording interface via S/PDIF fiber optic cable.  I have sold the interface that I used with it and no longer have any use for it.  It worked fine the last time I used it, and it lights up as expected when I turn it on (phantom power and master/sync LEDs).
