Special orders that are not in house, will ship from the manufacturer to our store. Allow 3 to 7 days for production time and handling. (Personalized items may take longer.) Once we receive your item it is carefully inspected and then repacked by us. We will then ship your order the same day.  Most items ship USPS, Very large items will ship UPS. (There will be different shipping options for you to choose from.)  no PO boxes or APO orders. No combined shipping on any of our Auction-Style listings unless shipping is free.
All International shipments please allow up to 20 business days for delivery. Please e-mail for shipping costs to your location if not provided in the listing. For orders shipped international we are not responsible for any duties or taxes associated with the shipment. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your countrys customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. Some items require shipping insurance if they are fragile or very expensive. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
RETURNS
We offer a 14 to 30 day return policy on most items. Please contact us within 14 to 30 days of receiving the merchandise in order to receive your refund, exchange or replacement. There is a 15% to 20% restocking fee on items that are returned. There is no fees to exchange an item but you must pay for shipping both ways. (No free shipping on exchanges).
