The DE-42FC is a tabletop friction feed paper folder specially developed to fold a variety of papers which other friction feed paper folders cannot fold. It will fold most glossy and heavyweight papers, but will not fold Cover, Tag, Index, Tissue, 10# Bond, 10pt, Chrome Point, and other slick or hard surface papers. It is very difficult to say exactly which papers it can fold because of the variety of papers on the market, but it will fold anything that most other friction feed paper folders can fold, and is priced at a great value to the end user. The alternative is an air-feed floor model paper folder at five (5) times the cost or more. All friction feed paper folders have limitations. So, if you have a question about specific folds on specific kinds of paper, it is strongly recommended that before purchasing you contact the Manufacturer (Dynafold) and send them samples to confirm if this machine will make the folds you need.

Most new products have Full Mfg Warranty.  Refurbished products might or might not carry Warranty.
1. Returning/Exchanging:
- If your product arrives defective or damaged, try refusing delivery from the Carrier.  That will allow us to ship a replacement unit quickly.  If refusing delivery is not possible, contact us and we will send you instructions for the return/exchange.  Please do not return a product until you receive the Return Authorization (RA#) and instructions from us, as the product might end up lost if returned without an RA#.  In such case no refund will be possible.
2. Time allowed for Returns:
- If you need to return a product for any reason, you can do so but you have to report the issue and request the return within 7 days of receipt and the return has to be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of the original shipment to you.  After 30 days returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
3. Condition of Returns:
- In order to make a return, the product must be in NEW condition, with the ORIGINAL BOX, all the Accessories, Paperwork and Packing Materials intact, exactly as you received it.
4. Shipping & Handling Costs:
- If the return is due to our error, we will pick up the product at our expense. If the return is for any reason other than a fault of our Company, shipping and handling charges will be your responsibility. In this case you will have to ship the product back at your expense and in case the listing had free shipping, we will deduct any shipping cost we had when we shipped the product to you. If you do not like the product, or no longer need it, or it lacks a feature you were hoping it had, or it has a feature you didn't expect, or the listing was not clear enough for you, this is not considered our fault and we will not issue a shipping label for the return. When shipping the product back, please insure it for the full value of the order.
5. Restocking Fees:
- If you decide to return a product because you changed your mind, no longer need the product, have buyer's remorse, found a cheaper seller, you don't like the product or the product doesn't fit your needs, it lacks a feature you were hoping it had, it has a feature you didn't expect or the listing was not clear enough for you, a restocking fee will apply:
- Any unopened item in original condition: We will refund 80% of the item's price.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts or original packaging for reasons not due to our error: Returns or Exchanges will not be accepted.
6. Refunds:
- Refunds can take 10-15 business days from the date the item returned was received by us or by our supplier.
7. Warranty:
- All new products have Full Manufacturer's Warranty. Unless specificly stated, Refurbished products might carry Full Manufacturer's Warranty or only a limited 30 days Warranty (please ask before you buy). Unless specificly stated, used products carry no Warranty but can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
