Malatchi Electronics Vintage Alice PE 400 Power Expander stage light controllerThis was made by Jim Malatchi of Denver Colorado, likely in the mid to late 1970s, through his company of the time "Electronic Design Associates". He engineered and produced a number of music stage electronics during that time. This particular device requires a primary control module to function, but it does power up on its own, as shown in the photos. When coupled with a controller, it can control 4 power sockets for a total of 1500W. It was designed such that a number of different sorts of modules could be interconnected and controlled from a single controller.
If you can get your hands on a primary controller it would likely function well as a light controller, or it could be part of a vintage electronics collection. There don't seem to be many of these going around, so it is a rare find when it comes to quality vintage USA-made electronics.
Powers on, but not fully tested; Requires a primary controller module to plug into, and can then stack with other products in the Alice line
