Some new additions in place give the 408A updated usability with more features. The machine comes from the factory with 36 pre-programmed folds. In addition to this, the user has the ability to store 12 custom folds in the memory. The color LCD display panel located on the top of the machine allows for users to keep track of folded materials with the four digit addition / subtraction digital counter. The test function allows you to run 2 sheets of paper for inspection. Another new and improved feature is the speed per hour, the 408A tops out at an impressive 14,000 sheets folded per hour! It is also able to accommodate paper sizes as small as 3.5” x 5” and as large as 11” x 17”. The new extended exit tray allows your folded materials to neatly stack after running through the machine. This, combined with the automatic conveyor and self-setting exit wheels ensure smooth, neat ejection of your folded, printed materials. The 408A can take paper as light as 12 lb bond, and as heavy as 80 lb, with ease.
