45CT-5 (s/n038117) w/both diffuser panels hand grip bracket  metz shoulder strap for the flash& dedicated flash chord all working perfectly w/1 battery holder +1 nicad rechargeable holder w/Metz charger,also Quantum battery2 w/new cells & a new charger( s/n D523) with the correct Metz adaptor to the Quantum battery for external power use.I also have an extra battery holder I do not need but it has 1 lock missing however it still holds when installed selling the flash I of course have no use for it so if a buyer wants it I will include it. My own personal kit not a high user was quite pricey with everything extra I bought just can't find my manual but pretty basic to use,always keep the Quantum battery charged after also sorry do not guarantee batteries I have had issues with even new ones from time to time but not the Quantum's or metz nicads.You get all that's shown a great kit. shipping USPS PRIORITY MAIL.
