. The design eliminates the need to cut extrusions.  Ribbed dish to protect the twist catch.  Blade springs back into the recessed area when not in use.  3" Blade length and uses standard 3/16" rivets for mounting.   With the Keeper it is 7-1/4
" Long x 4-1/2" wide x 3/4" thick (check photos).  For use with heavy duty crates, cases, luggage, etc.  Can be screwed-on, Pop-riveted or Bolted.
