Spartan Go Cam 4G/LTE in original box. I purchased this unit 2nd hand and believe it is in new condition open box. Includes cam, antenna, sim card, and usb cable as pictured. Camera appears to have been lightly used. There is no mounting strap but a small ratchet strap or bungee cord usually works better anyways in my experiences. You will need to setup a plan through verizon to use the cellular capability of this device.
