CONDITION: Gently preowned. Has a tiny area of water log? or discoloration? I am showing it the last 2 photos with one that has an arrow pointing to the flaw. It's still a very cool frame that makes a nice decor for the home of a police officer. Great way to show gratitude and tribute in a spiritual way to a beloved police officer, loved one and his or her safety while out on the job. What they do for our society is incredible!
