WEIN (XTJR) SSR-JR OPEN-CHANNEL TRANSMITTER ** USED **

Description

You are bidding on a Wein SSR-JR flash attachment. It is like new. I have no memory of ever using it. It is very new like.
You will need a 9 volt battery to make it work. I put one in it and it fired right up. Shipping with no battery.
Included is the unit, original box,a chord, instruction pamphlet and original registration card.

"Wein XT-Jr. Overview
SSR systems let you fire your slaved strobes without triggering flash. No need to hook up a PC cord to the main flash or use a camera-mounted strobe; the SSR transmitter replaces them both. Mount the compact transmitter on your hot shoe, or connect it to the camera PC terminal; each time you shoot, the SSR transmitter fills the studio with an invisible pulse of light.
Note:
This is a transmitter only. A receiver is required (W930015 or W930010)."
I think things have changed since this was new and many flash units will fire without an attachment. Just my thoughts and memory.
