Question 1: What type of battery is required?
Answer 1:
We recommend using 8 standard AA alkaline batteries. We do not recommend using rechargeable or lithium batteries as they have lower capacity and voltage and will affect night vision.
Question 2:How to activate my trail camera?
Answer 2:
First switch from OFF mode to TEST mode, and then set it through the menu. Then switch from TEST mode to ON mode. In the ON mode, the screen will turn black and enter the working state after a countdown of 10 seconds. Flip the switch to test mode to check if you take a photo or video.
Question 3: How to take pictures or videos?
Answer 3:
1.Please remove the sticker from the sensor of camera before using.
2.Please check if the SD card is in poor contact. If the number of photos taken in the upper right corner of the LCD display screen is displayed as "00000", it means it is in poor contact. Normally, the LCD display should show a specific value "XXXXX". If you have used the micro SD card in another device before, you may need to try formatting the card before using it with the tracking camera.
3. Check the batteries to make sure they are new alkaline batteries and inserted in the correct orientation
4. Make sure the camera power switch is in the ON mode and instead of being in OFF or TEST mode.
5. After switching to ON mode, test by walking or waving slowly in the camera detection area for a few minutes, then check the SD card to see if the camera is taking pictures. If not, the camera is broken.
